Services
We provide document preparation services for contractors, including quotations, progress reports, photo reports, invoices, Final Technical Reports (FTR), CepSWaM documentation, tender documentation, and general administration support.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information and materials needed to prepare documents. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are communicated when a request is confirmed. Turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity and current workload.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included to ensure documents are accurate before finalisation. Excessive or scope-changing revision requests may be subject to additional charges.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Completed documents will be released upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
All project information and documents shared with us are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of completing your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care to prepare accurate and professional documents, final review and submission responsibility rests with the client. We are not liable for outcomes of submissions made to third parties or government bodies.
